When you read a review on a product that until the union was loved by all, but is now hated and a piece of garbage, you should give a thought to the likely source. If the research is to recommend a competitor's machine, which is almost always the case, you can be sure that the seller of a competitive car to get to the review. The assessment is usually completely false, driving the score on the test product while trying to convince a potential buyer to switch to that brand.
